He is a National Trainer, associated with Junior Chamber International. He used to take training for Corporates like Bosch , Good Earth Architects , Orell Technologies , Vinayaka Caterers, School Teachers and Students, Student Police Cadets(SPC), Residence Associations , Kerala Vypari Vyvasaya Samithi, Insurance Executives , Concorde Motors, Vijayee Bhava Alumni ,TVS & Sons Co , are a few names. He is expert in Out Bound Training(OBT) too. His favorite Titles are "Fly above the sky", How to take your business to the next level", "Sell yourself", "Brand yourself " , Sky is not the limit", "Failure to success", "Ingredients of a successful business" ,"Jyothi-Happy parenting", "Be a Leader", etc. He is also an entrepreneur. Prior to starting his own business, he worked as a Medical representative for 5 years. He started his business, Menon and Menon Travels, in 1998 with one ambassador car and is now highly successful with more than 50 vehicles.
Academic Qualification:-
He is a BEd, MEd graduate and has diploma in Sanitary Inspector and He is a National Trainer of JCI India.
